Terms and Conditions of the Devonport Country Club Membership Lotto

Commitment

Participation in the Lotto requires a 12-month commitment. Members are expected to maintain timely payments to remain eligible for prize claims. If a member is in arrears, any prizes won will be held and only released once all payments are current.

Article 1: Scope of Application These terms apply to all transactions through the Devonport Country Club’s website and network. A "member" is defined as any individual or entity placing an order via our secure payment platform or via check or cash with Devonport Country Club.

Article 1a: Age Limit Devonport Country Club accepts Lotto members over 18 years of age only. In cases where these criteria are not met, the member will be immediately removed from our database, and any orders or subscriptions will be refunded, and products returned.

Article 2: Order Any order placed with Devonport Country Club constitutes full acceptance of these terms without reservation.

Article 3: Price Prices are listed in AUD, inclusive of GST (10%) but exclusive of shipping and processing fees. Prices are subject to change, though the price at the time of order will remain applicable to the purchase.

Article 4: Payment Payment is due at the time of order, including for pre-orders. Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard, though American Express is not accepted. Payments are processed through Stripe, and while security is guaranteed by Stripe, Devonport Country Club assumes no liability for the security of payment processing.

Article 5: Delivery Products will be delivered to the specified address upon order. Devonport Country Club is not liable for delivery risks once items have left our premises. In the event of a lost package, we will work to replace or reimburse the item(s) under the warranty.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data In compliance with the Data Protection Act (6 January 1978), clients have the right to access and amend personal data. By agreeing to these terms, clients consent to the collection and use of their data per our privacy policy. Subscribers can unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime using the link at the end of our communications.
